We offer an innovative and fully integrated clinical experience that prepares our residents for the breadth and depth of knowledge necessary to be a successful rural family physician. Our clinic has earned an NCQA Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home designation, and as a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide exceptional care to all of our patients, regardless of insurance status. Our clinic philosophy centers on a team-based approach, with teams consisting of a PGY1, PGY2, PGY3, Faculty, Advanced Practice provider, Team Nurse, and two MAs. Great care is taken to maintain continuity for patients within a team. In addition to our attention to medical continuity, we also integrate behavioral health, pharmacy consult services, diabetes education, optometry, and dental care into our patient experience.
