Benjamin Hargrave, DO

Dr. Hargrave is a family medicine physician originally from Salina, Kansas, who is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients and families. Recognizing the many challenges individuals face in achieving and maintaining good health, he chose family medicine because it allows him to use his knowledge and skills to support patients through every stage of life. Dr. Hargrave completed his undergraduate education in Colorado Springs, Colorado, before earning his medical degree in Pikeville, Kentucky.

One of Dr. Hargrave’s greatest interests in medicine is helping patients stay healthy through preventive care and risk-reduction strategies. He also has particular interests in gastrointestinal health, autoimmune diseases, and dermatology, and enjoys helping patients navigate complex health concerns with confidence and understanding. What he values most about family medicine is the opportunity to build trusted, long-term relationships with patients while making a meaningful impact on the health of individuals, families, and the community he calls home. Dr. Hargrave is dedicated to providing excellent care and partnering with patients to help them achieve their health goals.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Hargrave enjoys spending time with family, reading, prayer, exercising, and exploring the outdoors. He is also an avid golfer and enjoys the challenge of the game. A few fun facts about Dr. Hargrave: he has had several close encounters with bears and has achieved the rare feat of making three hole-in-ones. He looks forward to serving his patients and helping them live healthier lives.

Tianna Arreguin, DO

Dr. Arreguin is a family medicine physician originally from Topeka, Kansas, who is passionate about providing patient-centered care across the lifespan. She originally pursued an undergraduate degree in forensic science at the University of Central Oklahoma with plans to enter that field, but her path shifted during college after working as a housekeeper in a senior care facility. Through building relationships with residents and witnessing the impact of compassionate healthcare, she discovered a strong interest in medicine and chose to pursue a career as a provider.

Dr. Arreguin is especially passionate about caring for older adults and the unique challenges that can arise with aging, including frailty, polypharmacy, and end-of-life planning. She is dedicated to advocating for her patients and ensuring that care aligns with their individual goals and values as those goals evolve over time. What she values most about her work is the opportunity to support patients as both a clinician and a source of encouragement, celebrating progress of all sizes throughout their health journeys. Dr. Arreguin is committed to meeting patients where they are and fostering open, judgment-free communication.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Arreguin enjoys staying active through walking, jogging, and light weightlifting. She is also a proud cat mom to her 17-year-old cat, Donna, who keeps a close eye on her ice cream consumption. A former Cold Stone Creamery ice cream cake decorator, she considers herself something of an ice cream connoisseur. Dr. Arreguin looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her patients and supporting them in achieving their health goals.

Maria Lamatsch, MD

Dr. Lamatsch is a family medicine physician originally from Wichita, Kansas, who is passionate about helping patients live healthy, fulfilling lives. Her interest in healthcare began in high school while accompanying her mother to chemotherapy treatments, where she witnessed firsthand the impact compassionate medical care can have on patients and their families. She further solidified her desire to become a physician while attending Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas, where she worked as a phlebotomist and medical assistant at a local urgent care clinic. Those experiences inspired her commitment to providing high-quality care that empowers patients to thrive.

One of the aspects Dr. Lamatsch enjoys most about family medicine is the opportunity to care for patients throughout every stage of life. Her interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, maternity and women’s health, pediatrics, sports medicine, and geriatrics. She especially values the lasting relationships she builds with patients and feels honored to walk alongside them through both the joys and challenges of life. Known for her approachable nature and attentive listening skills, Dr. Lamatsch strives to create an environment where patients feel supported, celebrated in their successes, and cared for during difficult times.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Lamatsch enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her husband and their dog, Stella. She loves being outdoors and can often be found walking, playing pickleball, gardening, or reading on her patio. She also enjoys attending weekly Mass with her family. A fun fact about Dr. Lamatsch is that she once traveled to Iceland and spent two weeks helping build a goat playground for a petting zoo in the rural countryside. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their health goals.

Joselyn Heiman, DO

Dr. Heiman is a dedicated family medicine provider from Seneca, Kansas, with a passion for caring for patients of all ages and stages of life. Although she always knew she wanted to work in healthcare, her own experience as a hospital patient inspired her to pursue a career as a provider. After beginning her healthcare journey as a Certified Nurse Aide in a rural hospital, she discovered a love for full-scope family medicine and the unique opportunity it provides to serve rural communities.

Dr. Heiman attended Washburn University and enjoys the wide variety that family medicine offers. She is particularly passionate about obstetric and pediatric care but values the ability to care for entire families throughout their healthcare journeys. Her favorite part of practicing medicine is connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and learning the stories that have shaped their lives. Dr. Heiman is committed to maintaining open communication with both patients and staff, ensuring that every individual feels heard, supported, and advocated for.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Heiman enjoys reading, creating diamond art, spending time with her family, attending Mass, and taking walks with her dog, Mila. One fun fact about her is that she is the only redhead in her family. Dr. Heiman looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their health goals close to home.

Adam Wilson, MD

Dr. Wilson is a family medicine physician originally from Kansas City, Kansas, who is passionate about caring for patients and communities through every stage of life. His interest in medicine began with a love of lifelong learning and a belief that some of life's most valuable lessons come from the people around us. Family medicine was a natural fit, combining his desire to continually learn with the opportunity to serve others through meaningful, long-term relationships. He attended Creighton University, where he continued pursuing his goal of providing compassionate, comprehensive care.

Dr. Wilson enjoys the broad scope of family medicine and values the opportunity to care for patients with a wide range of healthcare needs. He has particular interests in mental health, maternal and women's health, and chronic disease management. One of his favorite aspects of practicing medicine is the variety each day brings, from addressing acute concerns to helping patients manage long-term conditions. Above all, he appreciates the continuity of care that allows him to get to know his patients over time and become a trusted partner in their health. Dr. Wilson believes healthcare works best as a team effort and strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and making decisions together.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Wilson enjoys reading nonfiction and poetry, cooking, caring for his cat, Monty, and spending time with family and friends playing board games and video games. A dedicated traveler and history enthusiast, he has visited all 50 states and every U.S. presidential library. For presidents without libraries, he has sought out their museums, homes, or memorials instead. Dr. Wilson looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients and helping them achieve their health goals for years to come.
